三、Teaching way:
人与实物结合的情景教学法。
四、Teaching tools.
一个装有其它物体的大纸箱子，两个提包，两个酒瓶，一本日历。
五、Teaching steps:
Step1、
(1)问候语：今天是开学的第一天，用学过的问候语向学生问好。
例：Nice to see you again!见到你真高兴。
How are you?你好吗？
Fine, Thank you, and you?
I'm OK(or: I'm fine, too)
(2)问:Who's on duty today?
Are you on duty today?
Are we all here today?(or: Is everyone here today?)
Step2、presentation:(介绍新内容)
(1)方法：
手拿日历问：What day is today? 今天星期几？
可教学生：Today is Monday.今天星期一。
（注：表示星期的单词第一个字母要大写）
(2)学生分组或两人一组进行对话(practise in pairs)
Step3、presentation
(1)借助实物复习:box, bag, 并教生词bottle[btl]瓶子。
(2)复习形容词old / new. 借助手势教生词big / small.借助于箱子教heavy / light. 借助于两个瓶子教full / empty.
(3)帮助学生用形容词描绘实物。
Step4、Read, Listen and say.
(1)Play the tape.
(2)Listen and repeat.
(3)Practise in Pairs.
注：One在句中代替上文中所提到的单数的人或事物。
六、板书设计：
